Sonic Innovations designs, develops, manufactures and markets advanced digital hearing aids for hearing-impaired consumers. Together with with proprietary auditory testing equipment, intended to automate the four most commonly performed hearing tests, Sonic Innovations can provide the highest levels of satisfaction for its patients. Sonic Innovations faced an increasingly competitive environment coupled with low brand awareness and familiarity for both the company brand and its high–end hearing aid products.

Working with the client, MGW conducted research both inside and outside the company against all stakeholders as a foundation for the development of a brand strategy that would be relevant to their internal and diverse external customer base. As a result of this activity, an integrated marketing program was developed that included print advertising, direct marketing and collateral.

Sonic Innovations brand awareness and familiarity increased significantly against all stakeholders. This helped reduce sales cycle time and increase revenues for the company in a very competitive market.
