Mondavi, as the world's premier wine producer, found itself supporting a diversified, fragmented brand portfolio containing 15 different brands with over 85 different varietals. The company needed a more effective and efficient overall brand strategy to better leverage their expansive brand portfolio.
Our team developed a single umbrella brand strategy under the line; "Robert Mondavi: A Family of Wines". Brand guidelines were also developed to provide clarity and consistency of message.
