LANDesk and Intel were co-sponsoring a first of a kind IT Industry event. They needed a partner who could develop a cohesive theme to captivate the audience and drive home the messaging behind the meeting content. Help in creating speaker content and establishing the overall flow of show also were key deliverables. The initial meeting was to take place in North America, followed by Europe, Japan, China, and Brazil. The content therefore needed to stand up to a global audience.

We pulled together a best-of-breed team to develop a powerful theme that would create energy and excitement around the event and its value to attendees. The theme – Fast Forward – was chosen for its ability to show that constant change within the IT world closely paralleled the decades long "fast-forward" pace at which the world was advancing. Opening and closing animations were created around the theme, and a widescreen format was used throughout the event to showcase a variety of technologies by technology powerhouse sponsors Intel, LANDesk, Avocent, Lenovo, and others.

Post event surveys indicated that attendees were highly motivated by what they experienced. The event drew rave reviews, with attendees wishing that they had brought more employees and clients to the meeting, and that the knowledge they'd gained could immediately be put to use upon returning to their offices. Client feedback was extremely positive, with their citing both the unexpected and overwhelming success of the event, and the truly outstanding quality of work.
